Starting in Player Development -You're Making A HUGE Mistake If You Don't Follow Up!

This may be surprising to many but the biggest mistake I see people trying to get in player development is not following up when they have had the opportunity to connect with a player development professional.

The fifth step is: Following Up

We recently lead The Player Development Conference on May 19-20, during this conference I continually told those in attendance to follow up with the people who graciously took time out of their day to be with us as panelists.

I also spoke about a conference I went to where I met a young man who was interested in player development. I gave him my information and told him to hit me up and I would give him access to all the player development curriculum, systems, and initiatives I created in the space. Unfortunately, the young man did not take advantage of the opportunity and did not reach out until EIGHT MONTHS later. He missed an incredible opportunity.
