Hello Y’all! My name is Edward Jones II.

I am the founder of the Beyond the Field Program, LLC.

I am so thankful for you taking the time to visit our website. We are excited about the opportunity to help you create Generational Impact through athletics.

My life’s passion has been to impact lives. I’ve been fortunate enough to achieve this through sports. I have worked in football at the high school and collegiate levels for over a decade. This has allowed me to influence 1000s of young men.

The Beyond the Field Program was birthed at a moment when I realized that there was an absence of impact outside of sports for student-athletes. From that revelation, I have turned all my efforts into creating Generational Impact that helps student-athletes find their purpose in life.

About Beyond The Field
Beyond The Field was initially created in 2017 as a player development program by Edward Jones II while in the role of Director of Player Development for the University of Houston Football Team. Edward used this program to create success while working with the Houston and Kansas Football teams.

In 2019, Beyond The Field grew from a player development program to a player development business. Since its inception Beyond The Field has become the premier resource for those in player/athlete development and those looking to get into the player/athlete development space. Beyond The Field is able to provide immense value to those in and those interested in the space through curated content, curriculum, coaching, and course. Beyond The Field also provides the following valuable resources: the Player Development Pod and  the Player Development Newsletter.
